Ingredients
  1. 2lbs Frozen Diced Hash Browns
  2. 1 stick butter melted
  3. 1 pint sour creme
  4. 1 can cream of chicken soup
  5. 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  6. 1/2 white onion
  7. corn flakes
What to do?
Spread uncooked potatoes in a 9x13 cooking dish. Poor half the melted butter over the hash browns. In a mixing bowl combine sour cream, chicken soup, cheese, onion, salt and pepper to taste. Top hash browns with sour cream mixture. Cover with corn flakes and then poor remaining butter on top.
