Prehead Oven
Ingredients
  1. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  2. 1/3 cup lemon juice or orange juice
  3. 2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
  4. 1 tbsp honey
  5. 1 tbsp olive oil
  6. 1 tbsp snipped fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried thyme, crushed
  7. 2 tsp snipped fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary crushed
  8. 1 clove garlic, minced
What to do?
Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish. For marinade, stir together everything, excluding the chicken. You can add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Pour over chicken and let marinate for 2-4 hours in refridgerator.

Preheat broiler, Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Place chick on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4-5 inches from teh heat for about 5 minutes until light brown.

Turn chicken; brush lightly with reserved marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Broil 6 to 8 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with lemon wedges.
