Citrus-Herb Marinated Chicken

Prehead OvenIngredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/3 cup lemon juice or orange juice
- 2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp snipped fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried thyme, crushed
- 2 tsp snipped fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary crushed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
What to do?
Preheat broiler, Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Place chick on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4-5 inches from teh heat for about 5 minutes until light brown.
Turn chicken; brush lightly with reserved marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Broil 6 to 8 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with lemon wedges.
