Ingredients
  1. 3 XLNT tamales or 6 small xlNT tamales
  2. 1.5 LBS ground beef
  3. 1 can whole kernel corn - drained
  4. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  5. 1 can tomato soup
  6. 1 can pitted olives - halved
  7. 1 onion - finely chopped
  8. cheddar cheese grated for the top
What to do?
Cut up tamales in bite-sized pieces. Brown mean with onion. Combine all ingredients into a casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly.

If doubling recipe add more meat, tamales, and tomato soup.
