- 3 XLNT tamales or 6 small xlNT tamales
- 1.5 LBS ground beef
- 1 can whole kernel corn - drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can pitted olives - halved
- 1 onion - finely chopped
- cheddar cheese grated for the top
What to do?
If doubling recipe add more meat, tamales, and tomato soup.
