Ingredients
  1. 6 eggs - beaten
  2. 1/3 cups milk
  3. 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (Cooked and drained)
  4. 1 pkg cooked bacon
  5. 1 tsp lemon juice
  6. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  7. 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  8. 9" pie crust
What to do?
Combine all ingredients poor into pie crust and bake for 40-45 minutes, until top is toasted.
