Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs Carrots
  2. 1/3 cup butter
  3. 3 tbsp honey
  4. 4 garlic cloves minced
  5. 1/4 tsp salt
  6. black pepper to tastes
  7. 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
What to do?
Pre heat oven to 425 degrees and grease a large non stick cooking tray.
Peal, trim ends off carrots, and cut into 3rds, pieces should be 1 to 1 1/2 inches. Put in mixing bowl.
Melt butter in frying pan. Add honey, garlic, and parsley, stirring until the butter is melted through butter and garlic is fragrant. Set aside half the sauce. Add carrots to the cooking sauce mixture. Allow to cook for another minute, tossing the carrots in the sauce. Add the carrots to cooking tray and cook for 20 minutes, carrots should be fork-tender. Mix roasted carrots with remaining sauce and serve.
